Someone used JustSendTheCheck to mail you a check. If it never showed up, won't deposit, or looks off, tell us here. No account needed.

Both are printed on the check. The code is in the line at the bottom that starts with “Questions about this check?”

No code? Email support@justsendthecheck.com with the check number and amount.

Good to know

  • Every check is real and drawn on our bank account. Deposit it like any other check.
  • Checks are void after the date printed on them. If yours is close, deposit it soon, or ask for a new one here.
  • If we send a replacement, we void the original first. Don't deposit the old one if it turns up.
  • We never ask for your bank details, and we never ask you to send money back.
