Property tax
The tax office still takes paper. Naturally.
For a property-tax bill that fits within the check limit, your agent drafts the payment. You check the details, approve it and pay. We mail the check.

Just ask
“Mail the county tax collector $240 for the property-tax balance on this bill. Put the parcel number in the memo.”
Your agent drafts it and sends you a link. You check the name, address and amount, approve it, and pay once. We print it and mail it.

What if my bill is over the limit?
Use another payment method for bills over the per-check limit. Don't split a larger bill into checks to work around it.
What should I check before approving?
Use the payee, mailing address and parcel number on your bill. Check the tax office's payment instructions and allow time for payment processing and mailing. We mail the check, without the payment stub.
